> Who am I?
Olivia Miyataki-Pellarin
Born in Nebraska, I grew up in Colorado and especially in Hawaii before moving to Paris in my early twenties.
I am of American nationality and English is my mother tongue.
After studying journalism at the University of Colorado, Japanese at the University of Hawaii, and French at the Sorbonne, I became a young executive at a language and communications company in Paris as Pedagogical coordinator, in charge of several major accounts. I went on to work as a freelance editor (Database manager for ELLE Editions Internationales) and an executive English language trainer. More recently, I have devoted myself exclusively to the translation of cultural, legal and academic projects in Lyon, Paris, Rome and the United States.
Today I live with my husband between Lyon, France and Rome, Italy.
